Expanding God’s Kingdom has always been a part of Renew’s DNA. Nearly 10% of our budget each year goes toward Kingdom Advancement initiatives – giving to churches and missionaries around the world.

God has recently given Renew an even more ambitious calling – to send everyone on a mission to see whole communities renewed by the love of Jesus. In the next ten years, we will:

  • Plant 5 new churches

  • Support 20 existing churches

  • Launch 100 new MicroChurches

  • Develop 100 Kingdom Innovators (people or individual families who use their God-given gifts to pioneer fresh ways of bringing Jesus’s love, truth, and justice into any sphere of society)

  • Develop 1,000 Everyday Missionaries (those working to be the hands and feet of Jesus in their everyday lives).

Ministry Residency Program

In order to Send Everyone, we need to invest in the next generation of church leaders. Working with our friends at Leadership Pathway, we developed a Ministry Residency Program that invites young adults to work closely with Renew staff for two years as they develop the skills they need to eventually become ministry leaders themselves. The goal is that our residents will end their two years with us being thoroughly equipped for ministry leadership — whether God calls them to stay at Renew, join a future church plant, or serve in ministry anywhere they decide to go.
